Problem
Clicking on the "Begin Quiz" button or link in Blackboard Vista does nothing - the quiz does not appear.
Environment
Solution
The current version of Blackboard Vista may open a quiz in a new window.  The way Blackboard Vista executes that function causes most popup blockers to prevent the quiz from opening.
Temporarily disable any active popup blockers on your computer and try the quiz again. 
  • Some antivirus packages include a built-in popup blocker, such as the Norton antivirus suite.
  • Some ISP-specific browsers, such as the AOL browser, include a built-in popup blocker.
  • Some browsers, such as Mozilla and Safari, have a built-in popup blocker.
  • Most browser toolbars, such as the Google toolbar, have a built-in popup blocker.
